20/30/50 squat challenge

Hey guys!! So I posted on Instagram and Facebook about a squat challenge I made up from the 100 squat challenge and a lot of you wanted to do it with me!! Today was the first day and we are going to do it this month!! If you’d like to join me and we can try and get in shape together!!

So basically the 100 squat challenge is where you do 100 squats each day for a month. It sounded great but for someone who hasn’t worked out in a very long time, like years, I wanted to do something that didnt seem so intimidating. Progress not perfection remember? So I made a little modification and decided to do this 20/30/50 challenge instead!! It is way less intimidating and perfect if you are a beginner like me!!

I went to the park with my trainer friend and he helped me get my form right (sort of lol). You can see in the videos how I perform the squats and he shows me a few different variations so we work more than just the same muscle groups each day. We want a well rounded booty!! I will be alternating these sets each day.

I made a list for you guys to follow if you want to!! You can join me on the 20/30/50 challenge and I will be posting on Instagram (@AirelleSnyder) so you can keep up with my progress. It was very hard for me to just do about 50 today (because we filmed them I had to do more than 20) and my legs feel sore already. I will be interested to see if my butt and legs have any difference in tone by the end of the month.
